Skiing area "Spieljochbahn"
Our "house-mountain" the skiing area Spieljoch(650 - 2.100m).You can reach this ski area with the new 4-passenger cable car. In the ski area, there are 21 km of slopes, a gondola, 4 tow lifts, a 3-seater chair lift, and a double chair lift.
Skiing area "Hochfügen"
Great snow guaranteed from November to May in the Hochfügen ski area. There are 34 km of slopes, an 8-seater gondola, a 4-seater chair lift, 2 double chair lifts, and 7 tow lifts.
Skipasses & Skischools
The ski passes for the Spieljoch and Hochfügen winter skiing areas are available for 1-3 days. From the 4th day on, you will generally receive a Zillertal Super Ski Pass, which is valid for all ski areas in the valley (154 cable cars and lifts, 544 km of ski runs) including public transportation. You have the choice. Three ski schools offer a complete training program for kids and adults, for beginners and advanced learners, for skiers, snowboarders, and cross-country skiers. For children there is all-day childcare available.
Skiing & Snowboarding
Wide, tree-free ski slopes offer optimal conditions for fun carving. You can find the best slopes on maps posted by the cable car companies. The Spieljoch is a snowboarder's paradise. There is a fun park there with all the bells and whistles. Hochfügen offers "free ride en masse" for snowboarders.
Huts and Après Ski in Zillertal
3 ski huts on the Spieljoch and 7 huts in Hochfügen provide fun, drinks, and an utterly wonderful hut atmosphere. Daily starting at 2:00 or 4:00 pm, things start to heat up at the lift stations or at many businesses in the region. Live music, Glühwein (spiced wine), huntsman's tea, and rocking out until dark. Whatever you are in the mood for.
